Following is a list of other areas OSA and your daughter's team could use volunteer help:

• Head coach
• Assistant coach
• Team manager
• Board member

OSA coaching positions are filled by volunteers, and those interested in coaching must complete an application. Each applicant will be evaluated by the OSA Board, and coaching positions will be filled based on the number of teams, number of applicants, and applicant's experience (including softball experience, prior coaching experience, and coaching goals and philosophies).
